When boxes ship
Every OceanWise box ships once a month, by the 15th. Join by the last day of a month, and your first box ships by the 15th of the following month. For example, if you subscribe on October 20, your first box ships by November 15 and your next by December 15.
When the 15th falls on a weekend or holiday, we ship on the business day before.
How boxes ship
Shipping is free anywhere in the United States. Boxes go out via USPS Ground Advantage in a padded bubble mailer that fits in a standard mailbox, so nobody has to be home to receive it. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your box ships.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Siblings and gifts
Sibling add-ons ship in the same mailer as the main box, on the same day. Gift subscriptions ship directly to the recipient's address.
Changing your address
Update your shipping address from your account by the 10th of the month so that month's box goes to the right place. If your box has already shipped, email us and we'll do our best to help.
Damaged or missing boxes
If your box arrives damaged, or tracking shows it delivered but it never arrived, email us at hello@oceanwisecreations.com with your order number and we'll send a replacement.
